What Information does Payyourtix.com collect?
The majority of our website is accessible only to users who have been issued a traffic citation within a jurisdiction supported by PYT. When you access your information or make a payment on-line, PYT must collect information about you in order to facilitate the processing of your payment transaction. Since certain information is required to make a payment transaction using this site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when providing personal information. The types of personal information we collect is used to look up the citation. This information may include the following information collected from you and from your transactions with us:

• your citation number issued by the court of jurisdiction

At no circumstance will PYT ask you for contact information to conduct on-line surveys or solicit additional services.

PYT uses the information we collect about you to look up your citation, process your transaction, and provide customer service. We provide access to personal information about our customers only to those employees who require it as part of their job in order to provide our services, process customer payments and provide customer service. We do not store your personal financial data on computers administered by Payyourtix.com.

Payyourtix.com provides notification to the court of jurisdiction that you have made a payment. Payyourtix.com will not share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties except in the circumstances described below or with your permission.

In accordance with our Refund Policy, Payyourtix.com Incorporated does not offer refunds of citation(s) paid on the www.payyourtix.com website or via telephone.  In addition, citations paid through Payyourtix.com Incorporated are subject to a non-refundable per-citation processing fee. Before paying your citation(s) we urge you to confirm the name and citation number(s) that you are paying.

At the time of your transaction, Payyourtix.com Incorporated will process the citation(s) and send the payment notification to the proper jurisdiction for disposition.

While many citations can be paid via Payyourtix.com, some citations may not be made available to pay online. These include, but are not limited to, citations that require an appearance in court and citations that may have been received by the court by the arresting agency and have not yet been assigned a fine payment amount. In the event you cannot pay a citation online at Payyourtix.com, you will receive a message explaining why this citation is not available and how to proceed.

Receiving Confirmation of Your Citation Payments

Payment confirmation will be sent to you via email from the PayYourTix.com website to the email address that you provide at the time of payment.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, you should contact Payyourtix.com by phone.

Payment Methods

PayYourTix.com accepts American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover Card, JCB, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept debit cards that carry the MasterCard/Visa logo. 

Pricing and Availability

PayYourTix.com accepts citation payments on behalf of our government partners. PayYourTix.com does not determine or set citation fine amounts and court fee amounts, determine citation data entry accuracy by each government partner, or control citation availability due to delayed data entry at the jurisdictional court on this website.

You will be responsible for paying all applicable fines and fees in connection with your payment of any citations.
